Thank you for considering a visit to our brewery! Our beer is the heart of what we do here. We focus on delivering simple, classic styles without pretension. We are here to make a beer style for everyone while supporting our local agriculture as a New York State Farm Brewery. Our food follows the same principle. You will find creative flavors, local grains, flour, meats & veggies, and approachable composition. We are family-friendly and strive to be kid-approved! We focus on always fostering a very casual and comfortable atmosphere for everyone, any walk of life, any age.
What to Expect
The flow of ordering at the brewery operates via counter service. When you arrive, seat yourself at any open table, inside or out. When you’re ready to order, simply come up to the bar, where there is a food + beverage line, and a drinks only line, to place your order! We will pass your drinks over right away and give you a numbered buzzer for your food. When your buzzer goes off, it’s time to head into the pizza pit to pick up your meal and get to noshing! If you placed a large order - we recommend bringing a spare set of hands for easy transport.
Clean share plates, silverware, napkins, and water are available on the bar and are there for you to take as you deem necessary. Of course, if you can’t find something - Please ask!! We’re always happy to help. When you’re done enjoying your drinks & food, simply place your empties in one of our designated bus areas & trash in the receptacle.
We do not take reservations and all of our seating is first come, first served. Nearly all of what we do here is made from scratch. And while we are hustling all the time, when the crowd shows up - things can take a little longer! We will always be transparent about wait times for seating and food and we appreciate your anticipated understanding and patience.

What about my four-legged friend?
We love dogs (and cats)! Well-behaved, leashed and attended pets are absolutely always welcome outside on the patio or lawn! Only registered service animals are allowed indoors per New York State Department of Health.
